Acquisition details - Olympia Center Brno
Under the purchase agreement signed on 7 March 2017, Deutsche EuroShop AG is acquiring 100% of the shares in a property company that is the owner of the Olympia Center in Brno. The company is being sold by two funds managed by Rockspring Property Investment Managers and ECE Real Estate Partners respectively. The acquisition is expected to be completed during the first half of 2017. The acquisition will increase Deutsche EuroShop’s portfolio to 21 shopping centers, with a market value of some €5.1 billion (100% perspective).

Further dividend increases planned until 2019
The Executive Board and Supervisory Board of shopping center investor Deutsche EuroShop AG intend to gradually increase the dividend by EUR 0.05 per share in each of the 2017 and 2018 financial years. As a result, the dividend will have increased to EUR 1.50 per share by 2019. This would correspond with an absolute increase of 7.1% and an average annual increase of 3.5%.
