VORSTAND Claus-Matthias Böge, Hamburg, Executive Board Spokesman a) Douglas Holding AG, Hagen Olaf Borkers, Hamburg The remuneration of the Executive Board totalled €1,193 thousand (previous year: €1,066 thousand), which includes performance-related compensation in the amount of €650 thousand (previous year: €523 thousand). €305 thousand (previous year: €96 thousand) was allocated to the provision for the Executive Board’s long-term incentive plan (LTI). Accrued interest was €10 thousand. For further details, please see the supplementary disclosures on remuneration in the management report. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE The Declaration of Conformity with the German Corporate Governance Code required by section 161 of the Aktiengesetz (AktG – German Public Companies Act) has been issued jointly by the Supervisory Board and the Exec- utive Board, and was made available to shareholders via publication on the Internet in November 2012. Related parties for the purposes of IAS 24 Deutsche EuroShop AG’s subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates as well as the members of its Executive Board and Supervisory Board are regarded as related parties for the purposes of IAS 24. The remuneration of the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board is described in the “Supervisory Board and Executive Board” section and also in the remuneration report part of the group management report.
