The Executive Board of Deutsche EuroShop SE manages the Group in accordance with the provisions of the SE Regulation (Council Regulation (EC) No 2157/2001 of 8 October 2001 on the Statute for a European Company (SE)), the SE Implementation Act (SEAG), the provisions of company law and the Rules of Procedure. The duties, responsibilities and business procedures of the Executive Board are set out in rules of procedure and a schedule of responsibilities. The Executive Board’s management duties primarily include managing the Group, determining its strategic direction, planning, and establishing, implementing and monitoring a risk management system.
