The Declaration of Conformity on the recommendations of the Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code in accordance with section 161 of the AktG (German Public Companies Act) was published on 11 February 2026 as follows:
Joint Declaration by the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Deutsche EuroShop AG on the recommendations of the Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Codex in accordance with section 161 of the AktG (German Public Companies Act)
The Executive Board and Supervisory Board of Deutsche EuroShop AG declare that the recommendations of the "Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code" in the version dated April 28, 2022 have been and are being complied with, without exception.
