Deutsche EuroShop: Stake in City-Point Kassel raised to 90%

The Company took over the shares from Arcandor AG. The investment volume including the assumed debts amounts to approx. EUR 53 million. The shopping center was opened in 2002 and offers space for more than 60 specialized shops on five levels with approx. 29,500 sqm lettable space (approx. 20,000 sqm sales area). 220 parking spaces are available to customers. Approximately 800,000 people live in the center’s catchment area.
